📦 Shipping Policy

At Miss Nails, we aim to deliver your favourite nail products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During sale periods or high-volume seasons, order processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Tier 3 & Remote Locations: 5–9 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, holidays, or unforeseen logistic delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply as per cart value/offers running on the website.

  • COD Orders: Additional COD fee may apply.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with your tracking link.

  • Tracking status may take 12–24 hours to reflect movement after pickup.

5. Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy

Our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel.

Your order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if:

  • You are unreachable

  • Delivery is refused

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete

  • You fail to accept the parcel during attempts

If Order is Returned to Us (RTO):

  • RTO + forward shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the order value.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded via store credit/coupon/voucher only.

  • Store credit is issued after the RTO parcel is received and verified at our warehouse.

  • No bank/UPI/card refunds are allowed on RTO orders.

  • Reshipping the same order is not possible; you may place a new order using the store credit.

6. Incorrect Address / Phone Number

If you enter an incorrect address or contact number:

  • The shipment may be delayed or RTO’d

  • Additional charges will apply

  • Miss Nails is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information

7. Delivery Delays

Miss Nails is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Festive rush

  • Government restrictions

  • Operational issues at courier hubs

We will assist you in tracking and resolving delays.
