We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹599.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 Hours. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, regional delays, or due to festivties. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email.

Shipping Rates

• Prepaid Orders Above ₹599 – ✅ Free Shipping

• COD Orders Above ₹599 – 🚚 ₹100 Shipping Fee applies

• Orders Below ₹599 – 🚚 Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and payment method

Damaged Products & Support

At Miss Nails, we take great care in packing your order. While we are not liable for damage caused during transit, we’re always happy to assist you in case a product arrives damaged.

To help us initiate a claim with our shipping partner, we request that you make a proper unboxing video of your parcel.
✔️ The shipping label with your name and address must be clearly visible in the video.
✔️ The video must begin before the package is opened, and should show the full unboxing process.

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to assist with any refund or replacement for transit-related damage.

If you receive a damaged/missing item in an intact package, please contact our Customer Care team within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at 📧 support@missnailsforyou.com and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

• A photo of the product's barcode label (to help identify the shade/collection)

• The unboxing video as per the guidelines above
